The 2021 League of Legends World Final was fast approaching, and Riot Games commissioned us to create a physical manifestation of the environment from their animated Netflix series, Arcane.
Directed by Christopher Breslauer and featuring performances from Bea Miller and Denzel Curry, the event would be broadcast to millions of fans around the world.
Response
We knew we needed to immerse audiences in the unique Arcane universe. Our set brought two of the series’ key cities to life, creating unforgettable live experiences that took the in-game world design to new heights.
Through collaboration with Possible Productions, we delivered full design, production management and onsite fabrication – captivating Arcane fans and immersing them in a world of play.
The environments featured high fidelity details from the series – from intricately painted fly posters and fully fabricated market stalls to 3D-printed animatronic animals.
