League of Legends Worlds Final

We were appointed by Riot Games, working closely with Possible Productions to design and build a physical manifestation of the in-world environment from their animated Netflix series, Arcane.
 Closely collaborating on the design, we also managed the entire production and on-site fabrication for two distinct environments. This provided the sets for the League of Legends Worlds 2021 Show Open, which was directed by Christopher Breslauer and featured performances by Bea Miller and Denzel Curry.

The immersive set design ultimately provided a live-action experience inside the world of Arcane. The event was broadcasted to millions of fans around the world. Layers of complexity embedded throughout the Zaun street and Piltover sets provided an opportunity to creatively run wild with in-game, world design. This saw us permeate the designed environments with high fidelity details from the series; including intricately painted fly posters, fully fabricated market stalls dressed to impeccable detail, and 3D-printed animatronic animals.
